Wholehearted Leadership (for managers and team leaders)

We all know that effective, happy and productive staff teams stem from healthy leadership, and positive culture within your organisation. Our team can support you to further breed an effective environment for your staff teams to thrive, and hence achieve more for your business. Within this workshop, your managers and team leaders will be taken through how to harness trust of your employees and lead with devotion to creating a healthy organisational culture. We will use a combination of education around communication and teaching coaching skills to enable your managers to get the most out of your staff teams. Within this training we use skills learnt from ‘High Performance’ guest coaches within the sport and business fields. Suitable for members of staff freshly entering management roles, with no previous experience.
